I started running about 3-4 years ago, partway through my doctorate program. I needed a way to stay fit and healthy and also manage stress so I signed up for a half marathon and started running. It was all downhill from there! (Figuratively, definitely not literally!)
I absolutely love trail running, but I'm currently focused on road running and training for the Boston Marathon. I'm hoping to go sub-2:55, weather permitting! I'm excited to be part of Team Nuun for the second year - it's one of the most important parts of my hydration and fueling!
