About Me
I consider running as the perfect niche for my heart’s longing to mentor, be challenged, and inspire. Performing at the elite level was a long-time goal, but it wasn’t until 2018 that professional running became a reality. I consider myself both an adventurer and true academic and aspire to run professionally, teach science at a college level, and encourage women of all ages to pursue sport.
While at the University of Kansas, I broke the school records in the 3k steeple and DMR indoor. Additionally, I hold all-time top 5 performances in the 3k, mile, and 1500. In 2018, I achieved All-American accolades in both indoors and outdoors while also achieving the ‘A’ standard for the USATF national championships in the steeple. I currently reside in Flagstaff, AZ where I train with a professional group and teach anatomy and physiology at NAU.
