Hi, my name is Mao!
I'm a newly certified yoga instructor with a huge passion for fitness. I believe that the human body is made to move in all planes and in all forms of physical activity.
Originally only an avid equestrian, I first found weight lifting and began to notice huge positive changes in myself and in my performance with riding. I started to venture out into other kinds of workouts like kickboxing, running, obstacle course races, pilates, and eventually yoga. Initially, I was drawn to the fun arm balances but ended up being hooked after noticing the plethora of benefits yoga provides. Now, I get to share these benefits with others!
