About Me
I'm a dad of 4 beautiful kiddos, sustainability professional, and an off-road racer! I primarily race Xterra Triathlon (swim, mtb, trail run) but also race on my bike, whether it be mountain biking, cyclocross, or the occasional crit. Me and my wife love Nuun products and use them daily to hydrate and energize!
